Tazawur Partner Program Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern a partner’s use of Tazawur to create and manage events and provide services to clients. The term “partner” does not establish a legal partnership, general agency, or employment relationship with Tazawur.

2. Client authorization and information

A partner may create an event for an unregistered client and enter the client’s name and mobile number at the client’s request or with their authorization. The partner must ensure that the information is accurate and properly authorized, and is responsible for direct consequences caused by incorrect information or unauthorized use of another person’s data.

3. Event creation and management

A partner may prepare and manage an event, add guests, and send invitations on the client’s behalf, within the client’s authorization and the permissions available on the platform.

The event remains designated for the client. Creating, managing, or paying for the event does not make the partner its owner. After the client claims the event, the partner’s access continues only while the authorization remains active and has not been revoked by the client or administration.

4. Correcting client information and claiming the event

Before the client claims the event and completes mobile-number verification, the partner may correct the client’s name or mobile number. Changing the mobile number invalidates the previous claim link and issues a new one. A message already delivered cannot be recalled, but its link becomes invalid.

After claim and verification are complete, the partner may not change the client’s name or mobile number. Any later correction or transfer of management or ownership must use a documented process provided by the platform or completed by administration.

5. Invoices, payments, and commissions

A partner may pay an event invoice on the client’s behalf and, within their management permissions, select a plan or purchase additional seats without becoming the owner of the event. Paid benefits are not added until the platform verifies and settles the payment status.

Partner commissions are calculated under the applicable tier and platform rules after eligibility is confirmed. A commission may be corrected or reversed when an order is cancelled, refunded, duplicated, or found to be ineligible.

6. Reception gate

A person may be added to the reception gate using their name and mobile number. The platform creates limited access for receiving guests and recording attendance.

This permission does not provide access to finances, event ownership, or sensitive settings. It ends when the assignment is revoked or the authority of the person who added it ends. If the event owner wants the person to continue at reception, the owner must add them again under a new authorization.

7. Content and communications

The partner is responsible for the content, names, numbers, images, and messages they enter or send, and must not use the platform for harassment, deception, unlawful activity, or infringement of another person’s rights.

If an incorrect number or unintended message is discovered, the partner must promptly correct the information or invalidate the link and notify Tazawur when necessary.

8. Suspension and termination

Tazawur may restrict, suspend, or terminate a partner membership for misuse, inaccurate information, breach of these terms or applicable law, or conduct that places clients or the platform at risk.

Suspension or termination does not erase financial records, acceptances, or evidence required for verification and audit.

9. Liability

Tazawur is not responsible for losses directly caused by incorrect information, invalid authorization, unlawful content, or unauthorized conduct by a partner or client.

This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or Tazawur’s responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, or a breach of the security of its systems.

10. Compliance and updates

Partners must comply with applicable laws and the policies displayed on the platform. When these terms change materially, the updated terms will be presented and acceptance will be requested where required.
