What is Tazawur?
Tazawur is a digital invitation platform that helps you design your invitation, organize guests, track responses, record attendance, and receive a post-event report.
Which types of events does Tazawur support?
Tazawur currently supports weddings, graduations, and aqiqah celebrations, with designs and details tailored to each event type.
Does a guest need an account or app?
No. Guests open the invitation in their browser and can confirm or decline without downloading an app.
How do I share invitations with guests?
You can share a registration link yourself, or add guests and send their personal invitation links through WhatsApp when included in your plan.
Can I set a companion limit for each guest?
Yes. You can set the allowed number for each guest or registration link, and the system prevents the event capacity from being exceeded.
Can a guest change their response?
Yes. A guest can update their response from their invitation link while the event and registration remain available.
What happens when all seats are filled?
New attendance registrations stop automatically while declining remains available, protecting the event capacity from being exceeded.
Does Tazawur provide reception staff?
No. Tazawur provides the digital reception portal only. Choose people from your own team, or request staff from the venue if it provides that service, then add their mobile numbers in Tazawur so they can verify invitations and record attendance.
Can an entry code be scanned or used before the event?
When the reception portal is active, an entry code is consumed only after confirmation by an assigned reception staff member. When it is inactive, the event owner or another authorized person can confirm entry. Anyone may scan the code at any time, but scanning alone does not consume it; an authorized person can confirm it even before the event starts.
Is guest data protected?
Yes. Guest data is not public, every guest receives a private link, and the system enforces permissions and limits to prevent unauthorized access and duplicate registrations.
What do I receive after the event?
You can download a PDF report summarizing invitees and responses, with attendance details for plans that include the reception portal and QR entry.
