It is designed to make events easier and more organized, from preparing the invitation and managing guests to tracking responses and welcoming the final guest.

Guests and companions, organized
Add guests manually or import them from a file, and set the companion allowance for each guest. Search the list, track used and remaining seats, and see how each guest was registered.
Flexible registration links
Share a public link so guests can register themselves, or create separate links for families, VIPs, and other groups depending on the plan, each with its own capacity, companion limit, and closing time.
Invitation delivery and response tracking
Send invitations through WhatsApp where included in the plan and track delivery and responses in one place. Guests can confirm or decline, set their attendance count, and update their response later.
QR guest reception
Each confirmed guest receives a private, secure entry code. Your assigned reception team can verify it with a phone camera, record the actual attendance count, and prevent duplicate entry.
Live event tracking
Your event dashboard shows invitees, companions, confirmations, declines, pending responses, and checked-in attendees, with alerts for guest arrivals and near-full capacity.
Post-event reports
After the event, download a PDF summary of invitations, responses, and attendance. Plans with the reception portal include additional details such as attendance rate, companions, and peak arrival times.
Guest data protection and privacy
Every guest receives a private link and guest data is not public. The system enforces seat and companion limits, prevents duplicate registration, and protects registration and verification.
Partner-managed events
If you work with an event organizer or Tazawur partner, you can allow them to manage the event while it and its invoice remain in your name. You decide what the partner can view or edit and can revoke access when needed.
